About BALOYS
BALÓYS is a oneness and wellness ecosystem born from the ache of suffering and the longing to heal. It is rooted in ancient wisdom and shaped by years of medical training, psychiatric practice, and addiction medicine work — years spent sitting with people in their most vulnerable moments, witnessing the full spectrum of human pain, resilience, and awakening. It is inspired not by doctrine, but by the rawness of our shared human experience — the trauma we carry, the questions we ask, and the quiet courage it takes to live fully before we die.
But more than that, BALÓYS is a journey back to It — the source, the stillness, the truth beyond appearances. It is a whisper from the soul, a silent but burning intention to heal, not just as individuals, but as a collective consciousness. It is an offering to those who feel the pull to remember who we truly are.
This is a platform for re‑membering — for gathering the scattered fragments of self, for softening the mind, honoring the body, and awakening consciousness.
And yet, Baloys is also shaped by what becomes visible when you spend a lifetime studying the mind, treating addiction, navigating trauma, and walking with people through their darkest moments: that beneath all the defenses, adaptations, and inherited wounds, our true nature is not fractured. It is whole. It is luminous.
BALÓYS is a space to see beyond what seems separate.

Our Holistic Approach
At BALÓYS, our approach is rooted in the understanding that healing happens when the whole human being is seen — mind, body, spirit, and the subtle spaces in between. We look beneath symptoms and stories to the deeper patterns that shape our lives, addressing the roots of imbalance rather than the surface expressions.
We offer a space of compassion, clarity, and curiosity — a space where you are invited to participate in your own unfolding. By weaving ancient wisdom with grounded, modern understanding, we create an environment where transformation feels natural, supported, and real.
My work blends:
• the precision of psychiatry
• the embodiment of yoga
• the wisdom of Ayurveda
• the tenderness of death‑doula presence
• the humor and humility of lived experience
I sit with you.
I listen.
We explore what is true right now.
